A walk a day keeps the cardiac consultant at bay!

The days are still short in February, but when the sun shines and the big Norfolk sky is a clear blue it's time to get out there and breathe in the cold crisp air.

A solo walk is a great opportunity to take stock and prioritise plans for the year ahead. I always try to be productive and creative, setting myself goals each day and at this time of year I look forward and visualise what I can achieve going forward.
